HAVEN STAFF
Haven Staff members are required to be Safesport Certified. Safesport trainings focus on abuse prevention, education, and accountability to ensure that athletes are protected from emotional, physical, and sexual abuse.
All current employees and volunteers are required to update their background check every two (2) years through NCSI (National Center for Safety Initiatives).This is in addition to the required screening by the U.S. All Star Federation for all eligibility as program owners, coaches and personnel at USASF-sanctioned events. Proof of this information is available to all members and non-members upon request.
Each individual that may have the opportunity to interact with youth must complete our organization's written application that sets forth appropriate background information, requires disclosure of any prior claims or allegations of sexual abuse or other inappropriate conduct, and provides the names of at least two individuals as references.

Coach Leigh strives to be the heartbeat of our Haven Family in both office logistics and on the cheer floor. She earned a BA in Elementary Education from Catawba College and a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology from Waynesburg University. Coach Leigh has been a public school teacher and allstar coach for over 15 years.
VICTORIA SMITH
ALL-STAR CHEER COACH
Coach Tori leads our lower level teams at Haven. She has a gift for creating a bond with each child and inspiring them to feel proud, strong and successful . She is also a middle and high school Spanish teacher at Canon McMillan School District.
JACKIE CODDINGTON
GYMNASTICS PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Ms. Jackie is leads all things "gymnastics" at Haven. She is the head instructor for many Preschool & Beginner Gymnastics classes and also the head coach of our XCEL Gymnastics and Pre-Teams. Not only does Jackie lead and welcome new students to our program in-person, but she also handles new member registrations and dedicates countless hours behind the scenes to keep our program running smoothly.

PLAYFUL PARENTING DIRECTOR
Ms. Laura is the Playful Parenting Program Director. She has nearly 15 years experience with the class curriculum for children ages 12-36 months.

ALL-STAR DIRECTOR & COACH
Coach Marra brings a lifetime of all-star cheer
experience as an athlete and coach to offer her athletes
the perfect combination of passion and expertise. She
sets high expectations for her athletes and consistently
proves her knowledge of the sport with winning routines.
MACKENZIE LAKOMY
OFFICE MANAGER & CHEER COACH
Coach Mac is the heart of operations and logistics at
Cheer Haven. She communicates with all-star parents,
event producers and everyone in between. Mac is
passionate about introducing new families and athletes
to cheer and being part of their all-star journey.
KAITLIN MIZIKAR
GYMNASTICS & CHEER COACH
Coach Kaitlin brings over 23 years of coaching
experience to our program. She is invested in not only in the progress of our athletes, but also leads our staff in learning new spotting and coaching techniques to stay ahead in the competitive all-star industry. She coaches both our All-Star and XCEL Gymnastics athletes.
SCOTT MIZIKAR
TUMBLING & CHEER COACH
Coach Scott leads our boys tumbling and coaches many private lessons for beginner through advanced level athletes at Haven. Scott is also a Principal at Keystone Oaks Middle School.
JANELLE KELLY
PRE-SCHOOL GYMNASTICS CURRICULUM DIRECTOR
& XCEL NOVICE GYMNASTICS COACH
Coach Janelle has many years of coaching experience. She is the curriculum leader for our preschool gymnastics classes and leads our XCEL Novice Gymnastics team. Janelle teaches fitness classes as well as multiple gymnastics classes at Haven.
